Foxtail Hand Tied Hair Extensions ("Foxtail," "we," "us," or "our") is a hair extension company based in Austin, Texas. We sell 100% Virgin Remy hand-tied hair extensions to individual consumers and licensed professional stylists through our online store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account on our Site to place orders, track shipments, and access wholesale/stylist pricing. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Wholesale & Stylist Accounts

Access to wholesale pricing requires a valid professional cosmetology license and approval through our stylist application process. By applying for a wholesale account, you represent that:

You hold a current, valid cosmetology or hairstyling license in your state
The license information you provide is accurate and up to date
You will notify us promptly if your license expires or is revoked

We reserve the right to verify your credentials, deny applications, or revoke wholesale access at any time at our sole discretion. Wholesale pricing is not available for resale on third-party marketplaces without our written consent.

5. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitors and photography, actual product colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Hair extensions are a natural product and may have minor variations between bundles.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

6. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

Product unavailability
Errors in pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Orders that appear to be placed by resellers or bots

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree that you will pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

7. Shipping

Processing times are typically 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

Eligible returns: Unopened, unused hair extensions in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items: Hair extensions that have been opened, used, washed, colored, cut, or altered in any way cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Refund processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Defective products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Hair extensions are a natural product. While we stand behind the quality of our 100% Virgin Remy hair, individual results may vary based on installation method, maintenance, and care.
